Foundations of Herbalism is a three-part educational series designed to build a grounded, practical understanding of plant medicine. While each session may be attended individually, the series is thoughtfully structured to deepen knowledge and connection with each gathering. Series Pricing: $105 (paid in advance) Building upon the plant knowledge introduced in Day One, this gathering focuses on understanding how herbs work within the body and how to use them safely and intentionally. In this session, participants will explore: Herbal actions and what they mean in practical use Herbal “powerhouses” and plant allies for common imbalances Contraindications and safe herbal use An introduction to bitters, adaptogens, and nervine herbs This class empowers participants with confidence and discernment, helping to bridge traditional plant wisdom with modern-day wellness needs. Pricing: $40 for this session While this class can be attended on its own, attending Day One is encouraged for a more connected learning experience. Those enrolled in the full series receive a bound workbook and Certificate of Completion. * Certificates of Completion are presented during the final session for participants who attend all three classes.
