At Herb & Legend, each remedy, course, and sacred good is crafted and offered with intention, care, and respect for the natural world. We want you to feel confident and supported in your experience with us.
Herbal Remedies & Physical Goods
Because our products are handcrafted, small-batch, and often made to order, we do not accept returns on herbal remedies, body care products, or sacred goods once they have been opened or used. However:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Items must be unused and in original packaging for return approval.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or our error.
Digital Offerings & Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online classes, digital downloads, and course materials are final.
If you experience technical issues or feel something wasn’t what you expected, please reach out—we’re happy to support you or offer a partial credit toward future offerings when appropriate.
Readings & Custom Work
All readings, custom sigils, soul letters, and bespoke creations are non-refundable due to the personal nature of the work. If you have questions or concerns, we welcome you to connect with us directly.
