At Herb & Legend, each item is made or packaged with care, intention, and a bit of earth magic. Because we are a small-batch, handcrafted business, please allow time for thoughtful preparation.
Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
(Custom orders or large batches may take slightly longer—thank you for your patience and support.) -
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority) and occasionally UPS depending on size and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and location.

Free shipping may be offered for select promotions or minimum order totals.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we hope to expand this in the future.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package is damaged, lost, or delayed beyond expected timeframes:

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for theft or loss, but we’ll support you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
