Foundations of Herbalism is a three-part educational series designed to build a grounded, practical understanding of plant medicine. While each session may be attended individually, the series is thoughtfully structured to deepen knowledge and connection with each gathering. Series Pricing: $105 (paid in advance) This first gathering lays the foundation for a respectful and intuitive relationship with herbs. We will explore the timing of harvesting, basic foraging awareness, and how to identify which parts of a plant are harvested, when, and why. In this session, participants will learn: When different plant parts are best harvested and their traditional uses Ethical foraging tips and plant stewardship How to properly preserve, store, and label herbs An introduction to herbal energetics and how plants express their qualities This class focuses on learning to truly meet the plants and serves as the grounding base for the full Foundations of Herbalism series. Pricing: $40 for this session Each class may be attended individually. Participants who register for all three sessions in advance will receive a spiral-bound Foundations of Herbalism workbook and a Certificate of Completion. * Certificates of Completion are presented during the final session for participants who attend all three classes.
