Where Earth’s Wisdom Meets Soulful Remembrance
My name is Sherrie Heavey, and I am the woman behind Herb & Legend.
I am a lifelong learner, storyteller, maker, plant lover, and seeker. My path has taken me through many seasons of life, loss, discovery, and transformation—and along the way,
I found myself continually drawn back to the wisdom of the Earth and the deeper questions of being human.
There is also another name that has become part of this journey: Solena Wrenwild.
Solena represents the more intuitive, earth-rooted part of my work—the part of me that listens closely to plants, follows dreams and curiosity, honors old ways of knowing, and creates from a place of magic and remembrance.
You could say Sherrie planted the seeds… and Solena is who bloomed.
Together, they are woven into the heart of Herb & Legend.
I don't believe I have all the answers—and I'm not here to tell you how to live your life.
I'm here to share what I've learned, ask questions alongside you, and hopefully inspire you to keep learning for yourself.
Whether we're exploring herbs, creating something with our hands, looking at the cards, walking among the plants, or simply having a conversation that makes you see something differently, my hope is always the same:
